Sometimes our horses need a little help staying clean. Some only need to be cleaned once a year, while others need twice per year or more depending on the horse and the horses environment. Dry skin, dirt and oils turn into smegma that can make horses itchy and make them rub their tails. A buildup of smegma can also lead to infection.
